Karen earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fort Hays State University, with a focus in clinical social work. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. Karen completed advanced studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in the area of special education.
Karen brings to Maverick Insight Counseling her expertise in how stress, anger, grief, mood disorders, neurodiversity, and trauma can impact a developing mind. Karen works with children, teens, and adults in person at the Maverick Insights Counseling office. She also provides online therapy services for adults.
